Mixing system:
SATEC intensive mixer mixing system mainly including high speed rotor, rotor driving motor, mixing pan and mixing pan driving motor and multifunctional scraper. The driving motor drives the mixing pan to rotate through gears, and the driving motor drives the high-speed rotor to rotate at high speed through triangular belt. The material mixing process is accomplished by a rotating mixing pan inclined at a specific angle, a rotor installed at an eccentric position and a fixed multifunctional scraper. The mixing pan rotates with the material, causing the material to move horizontally and vertically, and continuously conveys the material to the high-speed rotor located at the eccentric position. At the same time, it forms a strong vertical mixing material flow. The multifunctional scraper separates and disrupts the material flow, and continuously peels and adheres to the cylinder. The material on the wall and bottom ensures that 100% of the material participates in the mixing; the high-speed rotor tool continuously generates the high shear motion acting on the material, which causes the material to produce the phase reversal mixture material flow with high-speed difference, thus achieving the optimal mixing uniformity. The operation mode of SATEC Mixer can be set to counter-current or cross-current operation, which ensures that the best mixing effect can be achieved in batch feeding and continuous feeding.
Transmission system
Gear machine is one of the key parts of the intensive mixer. The premise of high efficiency production of the intensive mixer is that the output of the gear reducer is large enough, the higher the output is, and the larger the loading quantity is; the higher the torque of the gear box is required, and the higher the requirement for the design and manufacture of the shafting parts and gears in the gear reducer is. SATEC intensive mixer adopts SEW high-quality reducer. In order to ensure good lubrication of gearbox and shafting components, a fully enclosed external automatic lubrication pump station is set up, and oil cooler is installed in the lubrication station to ensure the reliable operation of the reducer.
Discharging system
The discharging door is a key mechanism of the intensive mixer. The reliability of the discharging door plays an important role in ensuring the normal production. It is located at the center of the bottom of the barrel. With the help of the barrel rotation and multifunctional scraper, it can discharge material quickly.And it is controlled by hydraulic pump and equipped with limit switch. The discharging door can be opened at any angle according to the need.
Lubrication system
The lubrication system of SATEC Mixer consists of two sets of independent lubrication systems, which provide sufficient lubrication and cooling guarantee for the normal operation of the whole machine.
A center lubrication system: used to lubricate the bearing parts of the intensive mixer. It mainly includes lubricating oil pump, high pressure filter, progressive distributor and electronic detection of lubricating oil flow.
B mixing pan rotary support spray lubrication system: it is located on the side of the mixing pan gear, mainly including lubricating oil pump, air filter and voltage regulator.
